The hotel room was very large and just like the photo, but not soundproof, so we could hear our neighbors. It is very spacious and ideally located close to the city center. The service was lovely, with very friendly and helpful staff, offering a nice touch with a drink of sparkling water. The hotel's location is clean, with really nice walks into the city and close to key areas like Corso Como and Porta Nova. The dining experience was great with lots of options and great coffee. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor noise considerations and a fantastic location.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The room, although spacious and well-furnished, had poor soundproofing which was a bit inconvenient. The cold bathroom, while nicely designed, showed some areas that needed better finishing. On the plus side, the location was central with easy access to transportation and shopping options.
